We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of the products you receive from Timepiece360. However, there is always the possibility of an exception; you should inspect your product(s) as soon as possible after delivery and check for any defects. You must notify us within 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery and return any faulty product to us within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Timepiece360 always includes our Document of Authenticity with every purchase from our own collections of watches and for every product we source for our customers.

Absolutely. Timepiece360 welcomes our customers from all around the world. Unfortunately, there is a very short list of countries that we may, currently, be unable to accommodate with deliveries and we will notify you if your order falls under that category.

The definition of a “pre-owned watch” is really very simple: any watch that has had a previous owner. For example, even if a watch is virtually “brand new” and simply an unwanted gift being placed for re-sale, it is considered a “pre-owned” and it’s price is reduced. Timepiece360 offers such “new” watches and they are an exceptionally good value for our customers.

Pre-owned watches are not antiques, by definition, but a pre-owned watch could also be an antique. Generally speaking, an “antique” watch is, at least, 100 years old. Then there are “vintage” watches that are, at least, 25 years old. Sometimes the term “vintage” is applied to watches of a certain era, i.e. “That is a vintage Star Wars Watch” (from the 70’s). AND, sometimes people use the terms inter-changeably. Occasionally, we may obtain an antique watch in our collection, but most often we source them for you upon special request. It may take a bit more time, but we make every effort to fulfill your “wish watch.”

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. While we make every effort to update our inventory in a timely manner, sometimes products are sold and then requested for purchase, simultaneously. If we are unable to supply you with the requested product, we will notify you by email, and not process your order.

Sometimes, depending upon the brand, model and condition, we do buy watches directly from the seller. This works well when we believe there will always be an interest in the item and the seller may want to complete a speedy transaction.
